截關時間(Cut-off)

定義 (Definition)

船公司接受貨櫃、文件或 VGM 資料的最後期限，通常分為三種：貨櫃 Cut-off、文件 Cut-off、VGM Cut-off。

Deadline for shipping line to accept containers, documents, or VGM data; typically includes cargo, document, and VGM cut-offs.

實務範例 (Example)

ETD 10/15 18:00，貨櫃 Cut-off 通常是 10/13 17:00（ETD 前 48 小時），文件 Cut-off 10/14 12:00（ETD 前 30 小時）。

If ETD is 10/15 18:00, cargo cut-off typically 10/13 17:00 (48h before ETD), document cut-off 10/14 12:00 (30h before).

常見誤區 (Pitfalls)

• 錯過任何一種 Cut-off 都可能導致無法出運
• 週末假日可能影響 Cut-off 時間，需提前確認
• VGM Cut-off 通常比貨櫃 Cut-off 早 6-12 小時
